Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between iT Belgium SRL and its clients in connection with the provision of IT services.
2. Services offered
iT Belgium SRL offers the following services:
- Cloud Computing solutions
- Cybersecurity services
- IT infrastructure
- Technical support
- Hardware and software
- Workplace solutions
3. Orders
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Orders may be placed by email, phone or via our website. Written confirmation will be sent for every order.
4. Pricing
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is that in force on the date of invoicing. iT Belgium SRL reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the prices applicable are those in force on the date of the order.
5. Payment terms
Payment is made according to the terms agreed at the time of order. Payment deadlines are stated on each invoice. Any late payment will incur late-payment interest.
6. Delivery and performance
Delivery or completion timeframes are given as an indication only. iT Belgium SRL endeavours to meet these timeframes but cannot be held liable for any delay.
7. Warranties
The services and products supplied by iT Belgium SRL are warranted according to the specific terms of each engagement. Warranty conditions are set out in the quotes and service contracts.
8. Liability
iT Belgium SRL does everything possible to provide quality services. Our liability is limited to direct damages and cannot exceed the amount of the engagement concerned.
9. Confidentiality
iT Belgium SRL undertakes to respect the confidentiality of information entrusted to it in the course of its services.
10. Termination
Termination conditions are defined in each specific service contract. Notice is generally required in accordance with the contractual terms.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
